I love Venice, that makes me feel in such a magical – state of heART – suspended among the sky and the sea. It’s only one hour and a half by train from my home, that means I can turn up there quite easily. My soul is inhabited by still alive recalls of my visits, mostly related to the art practice. In 2003 I made a series of masks with a gondola-crown and after that, several performances occurred, often with other artists-musician on the same wavelenghts. Some actions like “SonaDa per Trio” in January 2008, with mezzo-soprano Dorothea Fayne from Berlin and pianist-composer Dario Della Rossa, were improntu. Others like the installation-performance “S_core” at Palazzo delle Prigioni in May 2010 were more institutional.
